Lendys naive words must be killing them now "It is all about the security, not the borrower". Have they learnt, recent events on other loans prove not.

Des and Victor and the rest of the happy family have FINALLY been evicted.
Yeah ha.
I sold out of this loan a long while ago but have been keeping a watching brief on proceedings to see exactly how long the P******* family would give Lendy the run around.
I just hope they have actually checked they have left and they aren't in there about to claim squatters rights....

With long term tenants the prop can then be re-sold to investors by capitalising the future rent receivables (as opposed to looking for an owner taking over at vacant possession value ie tin shed).

Yeah, all you need is long term, guaranteed-not-to-go-bust tenants, with upward only rent reviews, and a property with low ongoing maintenance costs. Doddle really. Don't hold you breath.

According to comments in Mr Sidebottom's gaff, this has now sold pre-auction to a yogurt.

So no mention of the sale price achieved and no breakdown of fees taken by Lendy/recovery partners? Seems like a similar story to PBL0068.... I'm sensing a pattern emerging here. £731,543 returned on a tin shed allegedly worth £2.87 million. Another outstanding maximum 70% LTV valuation

Yet another loan that was widely overvalued. Why is it on the properties that have sold below the valuation value, the valuation has been massively way off the sale price? If the sale value was in the region of 80-90% of the loan value then I could understand, but a child could have a more accurate guess at valuing these properties than some of the so called "Professional RICS valuers". This loan should be moved to the "Claims underway" section as well and the total claims underway figure is rising...
