Not the same problem here - in fact this one seems too honest. Reading the review of business in the audited accounts - it's not warts and all, just warts. F band really. What they need to to arrange for China to stop dumping steel and for new UK steel production to halt. Not a keeper!

The very first of the E loans to be listed 13880 'the cows' has been defaulted today, I hope that not indicative of 100's of E loans issued after !

13880 made eight payments late on its ninth and the tenth was due three days ago and the usual difficultly in reaching borrowers, defaulting to protect investors and to focus mind of borrower, etc.

There is a very large E loan available - I suspect it'll be hanging around for a few days. Biggest I can remember seeing!

15724 being refinanced as a B at 10.6% underlines what I have always thought that a number of the E loans were never that bad in the first place. Although I fail to see what could have happened in less than nine months to justify the change.
I bet the guys that have bought this on a 2.5%+ premium today despite the refinancing being announced some few days ago feel a bit stupid.

I wonder how many of them have found out yet. It just shows me that Fluctuating Creditrate's method of selecting risk band is totally without credibility, and this has been far worse since fixed rates were introduced and the large majority of loans became A and A+, without much (if any) apparent improvement in risk factors.
I've still got two Es and two Ds which I have always wondered about, why they were not B or thereabouts. I haven't looked at this one.

I've got some real E's grumps. One which had an unexpected CCJ for over £400k after the first repayment. If you would like to experience the real thing, then when Frequently Conned release the RBR, I'll sell you some, promise.
