Immediate drawdown too. Why does that make me nervous?

Totally unexpected and unjustified CCJs can arrive suddenly at any time. Best to be prepared (no knowledge about this one - missed it).

The event in Basel is probably that one in March 2017, so I wonder why he is in quite so much of a hurry. Never mind; we moan when they're tardy. I'll sell up my little bit before the second payment.

One individual hoovered up thousand of pounds worth of my finest pre-loved E loans last night, mostly at a 3% premium. I can't see why they should be quite so attractive.

...and the D loan is to replace an A+ loan (replacing many earlier loans). Maybe the replacement company has poorer credentials.

...and the latest large "E" 23922 drew down immediately, much to my surprise. Has FC rolled out some kind of pre-agreement process that we don't know about?

Be nice if they told us though? The existence of such an agreement might explain why Es have (until today, when there has been a flood) been rather rare of late ("17.7% .. you must be joking!"). You have to wonder how other platforms can deliver 12% (secured-ish) to the lenders, which must be a stonking rate at the borrower end.

Well they told us it was coming, but not that it had arrived (they have a history of telling us what is coming, and then not delivering .. eg the API, the reintroduction of financials into the loan book, etc. etc)

Nope, pre-acceptance is not here and is always a year away. I guess that it would not find favour with borrowers who wished to test the water in some way and it has been decided that the time is not yet right. We can whistle for it. They would lose business at the point of giving the rate and asking for commitment, compared with actually dangling the funds in front of the borrower and giving them time to think about it, considering other options. Pre-acceptance benefits only the lender and very few of them care.
