I am appealing on behalf of the family, friends and bots of a well loved Funding Circle investor known as Baz who has recently been reported as missing. He was last seen about a week ago climbing all over a £10,000 E rated loan but since then he has disappeared off the face of the internet. Anyone who has any information regarding his whereabouts are asked to report it to this message board, sorry but we cannot offer a reward at this time but please bear in mind how worried and stressed all of his bots are becoming.
Many thanks.

Perhaps employing a nom de plume?
Or possibly working with Mrs B*Z?
Is E***N a new name or have I missed it in the past?

Somebody calling himself b*z*nga bought 10 x £20 manually in the 3rd E yesterday, but obviously it must have been an impostor.
I miss the real one already.

Unfortunately I think Becky is all talk - and when it comes to the dirty work there is a very large Orc in charge. Poor B*z, they got him in the IP address.

IP addresses are remarkably malleable (and potentially shared among guilty and innocent alike), so I guess they threatened at the account level.

He's resurfaced in 16498 (the 12 months A+ with erroneous 2%CB)

He's resurfaced in 16498 (the 12 months A+ with erroneous 2%CB) If it's under 20% there is no problem. When it comes to the crunch and FC decides to act then FC holds all the cards. The portfolio cannot be sold other than through the site, and if barred from operating the SM then after 14 days listing it is a long wait, including defaults and recoveries, before the principal is returned.

What does being under 20% mean? He might have control of more than one account: husband, wife, business account, more than one business account. Does FC ever act?

Agreed that going past the policing of multiple accounts held by a single legal person is a problem. They first needed to act on single accounts and perhaps they have done that. Legal partners having 20% each of the same loan is not outside of the rules. At present marriage is limited to two people, but why stop there once the basic old definition is jettisoned? Then FC may have to revise the rules.

I'm just so relieved to hear that the great man is safe and well.
