Shirley that's true though? Were it not for the principle of this thread, I might hint that there isn't just one spot. But clearly I won't

Can we have a thumbs down facility for that kind of comment please? A thumbs down facility already exists, you simply turn your monitor/laptop/device upside-down before clicking the thumbs up button.

There is one spot on Earth where you can travel 1 mile South, then 1 mile East and then 1 mile North, but end up in the place that you started from. That's not true; Apart from the North Pole (you are supposed to ask what colour the bear was!?) there's at least a dozen of them in Milton Keynes alone, and I think Telford has some too!

As Salmon reach maturity, they become magnetic. Hence the reason the swim northwards up rivers to spawn.

If salmon always return to their river of birth to spawn how did they spread from one river ?

Surely true... What's the exception? There is one spot on Earth where you can travel 1 mile South, then 1 mile East and then 1 mile North, but end up in the place that you started from. That's not true; Apart from the North Pole (you are supposed to ask what colour the bear was!?) there's at least a dozen of them in Milton Keynes alone, and I think Telford has some too! This is true. There is one spot. Ok it's next to another couple there this is also true, but then you didn't say only one spot. Infinite numbers of them in fact. Sorry. I'll get back into my box. Somewhat relevant... Polar bears don't eat penguins as they can't get the wrappers off.

You can zip line between any two countries in the world with the exception of Spain and Portugal where that would be illegal.

If you notify the flight attendant that it's your birthday, most airlines will let you exit the plane on the inflatable slide.
