How do you take money out now? If I go to UK withdrawal I get re-directed to 'Please complete a deposit from a UK bank', which then wants me to sign up to 'TransferWise', which I know nothing about and don't want to sign up to. If I continue with that what information am I going to have to give? I had this message when SS moved everything over to the new website. I contacted SS and they said it was a glitch with the data transfer to the new website which had affected some accounts, and that there was no need to pay any money into the account. They fixed it there and then. Drop SS an email.

Oh, now THAT is a PITA...
Go to the pipeline page, with the intent of updating a few pre-fund amounts. But you have to go to each page to do it on the default grid view. So change to loan-per-line view. Great, you can change the pre-funds for a few at a time. But you click "save" only saves that line - then pops up a confirm box, then resets the entire page.
Can we have a "Save all changes" button on there, please? Or, even, have the two views behave the same, and be able to change pre-fund on the grid view, too...? (and save all)

Pipeline loans page has 8 entries, which I think is the page max. At the top there is a < 1 2 > link. Click '2' and website goes crazy, keeps refreshing over & over looking for a page that isn't there

OK, view all works - but it's a software fault that I was raising, which needs correcting.

I have already mentioned this earlier on. It is similar to what used to happen with the live loans page.

savingstream I notice the web site has slowed down a lot with the release of PBL068 - I think they still need to make improvements, if investor numbers continue to increase then demand on the site will also go up

Two bugs to correct: a) the name/investment top strip is too long. On my 13" laptop screen gets cut out and there is no way to read the final two numbers of the available funds. I reported it already in the beta, but nothing got changed. It looks to me very amateurish not to do a single check with a 13" laptop (average resolution 1200x800)
b) the new secondary market mechanism is crazy. Yesterday I saw something available. Put my bid for around 300 GBP. In the meantime probably somebody else had got that loan slice, but had left 0.34 GBP. So the system automatically allocated me 0.34 GBP (when I had bid for 300). This looks crazy as might get you unwanted incredibly small slices. I managed to sell that slice, but the point is that the system MUST either give me the loan size, I asked or NOTHING AT ALL.

There are others who are putting on opposite arguments. (See suggestions about allocating availability on SM to a number of people with the last one getting what is left.) Who is right?

£300 -> 34p may be an extreme example, but if it were £300 and someone managed to grab £50 of it I'd far rather get £250 than have to keep changing my bid and likely end up with nothing (as happens elsewhere)

Open up the window causing the problem and hit ctrl minus to make a large page fit your screen (ctrl plus to expand it back) Virtually all laptop browsers should support this - not sure about tablets/phones LW

I was surprised when I saw that... Honestly I think SS should at least make an optional tick box where a person can choose or not at submission time if he wishes anyway any amount or not. Anything below 10£ to me is a huge waste of time and effort to follow, so I would never bid for it!
