savingstream, could you PLEASE ask your web team to make the preference to "View All" on the loans pages something that is user-defined and remembered when you next log in? Many thanks. At the moment it doesn't even get remembered when you click away from the "Live Loans" page and then return to it [Edit: I've just received the email from SS that includes the bullet " We will be adding functionality to remember users data viewing preferences" so I may have jumped the gun with my comment!]

Please fix the information density, SS. You were given plenty of excellent suggestions in the beta thread so I'm at a loss as to why virtually all of them have been ignored. I prefer the old site as this seems a triumph of form over function.

Hmm I'd assumed the beta site was slow because it wasn't on the production HW, but this seems even slower...

Speed is also something that needs looking at. Currently it is taking 4 - 5 seconds simply to open the drop-down on one of my loans to show the loanparts beneath.
But on the plus side, it's fabulous being able to see your total holding in a loan on the SS website!

I think the only thing I can say about this is that at least my data seems to have come across ok.
I can see I will never be able to buy anything on the SM ever again as it is soooo slow and on my ipad I can't view more than three loans on a page even in list view. I think I'll send SS some photo's of how awful it looks.

There are several improvements still in the development stage, including improving users individual choices of how they view the data along with the csv export of their loanparts portfolio.
We felt it was important to get the site live with people using it and then make the small changes and improvements in due course.
We will also be addressing the speed issue as a priority.

I'll repeat here what I said on the beta thread just in case savingstream reads this The option for list view on the loans section does not appear (as far as I can see) on a mobile device (android) making it very slow to load on a standard phone data connection

But wasn't this the point of releasing the beta site so that improvements could be made before releasing it for general use

If you can add a user choice as to whether or not photos are displayed in the loan listing pages (with much higher data density on screen with no photos), that hopefully will help with both website speed and usability.

Can you make the download a priority, as trawling through loan parts to see my total interest is a PITA.

The stage information seems to have disappeared from the list of pipeline loans.
It may prove unfortunate that the site has become so frustrating to use just before several loans going live as this is usually accompanied by frenetic activity.

We felt it was important to get the site live with people using it and then make the small changes and improvements in due course. I can't speak for everybody else, but I actually liked the information on the number of days that I owned the loan slice in DAYS only. So you are showing all loans with days remaining, in DAYS. That is fine by me. However, with the amount of time that I own a loan slice, after 60 days, it becomes months instead. I would prefer it to be shown as DAYS. That is just my opinion, others may think differently.
