Seems they are changing the way they are indicating the LTV, so that 2nd Charges show the correct LTV.
PBL097 currently showing as 60%
Seems they are listening to our feedback (or being forced to by the FCA...)

Has the "My Live Loanparts" tab (on each loan page you're invested in) always been there, or is that new too? Odd that I've never noticed it before otherwise.

Yes it has, it's the tab I usually use to sell loan parts from, primarily because the PBLs etc all appear in order. In my loans they're all over the shop and unsortable, so it can take a while to locate something. In fact I rarely use/look at the 'My Loans' side of things.

It's certainly annoying that the "Live Loan Parts" page can't be fixed so that it at least sorts in the same order as the "Live Loans" page. Ideally the other column headings would be sort-able to.

They replaced the "Contracts" column with a link to another existing page and people are happy? Seriously? sweeping the contracts issue under the rug is great cause for concern.
Where are our contracts? Do they exist? Has anyone seen them? Particularly in this BREXIT situation don't you think it's is MANDATORY to have access to your contracts? Who knows the terms under which we are lending? I sure don't, what with T&Cs that keep changing / aren't being followed. For all we know, we're still under old T&Cs.
For those of you that hold a part of the defaulted loan, should't you be DEMANDING to see the contract with the borrower?
This is the single reason for which I do not hold a substantial allocation of my networth to Saving Stream.
Seriously guys, this is a major issue which people have not complained enough about. Saving Stream had indicated back in March (when I contacted them) that they were going to make them available in the near future. I'm still waiting.

An excellent addition, as several folks have requested. Ditto; I asked for this feature a while back, and I'm thrilled to see it finally implemented Always been a PITA to navigate from a loan in my loans list to the actual loan page Its still a PITA to navigate from Available/Live Loan lists to a loan in My Loans!

Anyone else think it's time we had loan rollover opt out functionality added to the website? There is... it's called the SM  SS buy all SM investment in a loan(s) that are about to be rolled over, so if you want to opt out just list the loan on the SM. Either some other investor will take it, or SS will take it. However, a checkbox would be nice to see.

It seems highly uncooperative (if not illegal?) of SS to enforce roll overs from one contract to another with different details. (Not that I minded my Wolves rollover*, suited me fine as I can observe the work being done). PS I deny all accusations and reject derision aimed at me regarding supposed support of a team colloquially referred to as Wolves, which regularly "rolls over". I DON'T!!
