Well, I managed to get in all 3 FS loans yesterday after switching to BT super duper extremely fast fibrous broadband  When I had a phone line fault 2 years ago TT did not fix it, so I switched to BT and they fixed it straight away... I would rather pay a few pounds more for a stress free life, it is now like the calm after the storm. (I have not needed a frying pan since going back to BT either)
