Not sure about a Loan Part? Sell before 1st payment at zero mark up if you have to and all is well, then along comes B*si*e*s Ex*an*i*n Lo*n, Dodgy Builder takes £150k and is downgraded after 8 days due to CCJ. Hmn!!!

Ouch! But too soon to panic. Loan listed Day0, loan accepted on or after Day7, downgraded Day15 due to a CCJ registered. Is there something scrappy in the communications from South Wales which stops relevant information getting through while loans are being sought? Who knew what when, and why did they not tell me?

Grumps deftly sidestepped this one (what number?). Still looking at Top Tier Law so called A risk 4325 , first payment 33 days late, second payment now three days late - FC said on 13 Feb the recoveries process would be escalated on Monday 17 Feb - since then... nothing! Solicitors!

Look on the bright side - at least he's got £150k to pay off the CCJ, risk band reinstated, sell loan on to someone else.

Not got this, but I'd be moderately relaxed about a CCJ, pending any information on the amount at stake.

Not got this, but I'd be moderately relaxed about a CCJ, pending any information on the amount at stake. There are 2 CCJs listed for the borrower of loan 4907 dated 5 and 6 days respectively after the effective FC loan start date. The total sum involved is c.£15k. Given the timing of the judgements a relevant question might be whether any known ongoing legal processes were properly declared by the borrower during the process of obtaining the loan and whether FC even bothered to ask/check. I seem to recall a similar situation on ThinCats where there was a failure to declare a legal claim situation known to both the applying borrower and its Sponsor.

While we are in this geographic location, my last notification from FC said that everyone's favorite scrappy is due to restart payments at the end of February. Will I be hearing the ching, ching, ching of money dropping into my account next week, or will there be another excuse?

Well we could start a book on it, iffin we could find anyone of an optimistic bent to take the 'will get paid' side of the bets. Then there's always the chance he'll clear ALL his arrears .. oh look, Essex Saddlebacks on final approach on runway 03 West!!

Your penquins already have wings, but a flying penguin is also an unlikely sight. In Wales of course they believe that dragons can fly.

Guess I better cancel the plan for a slap up meal on Friday and make a detour past the chip shop on the way home instead .

Did you not see them at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday teaching the French how to play rugby?

I'm not sure the French are attending the classes at the moment. All a bit interesting: France narrowly beat England (bad game management by England), Ireland stomp all over Wales, Wales stomp all over France, and England beat Ireland. Square that circle.

Yes really, really fascinating. Know look forward to the next round when hopefully all will become clear!
