Kent 16201 and 15561 10% repaid eight months early I was wondering where that money had come from...

Some money has just appeared in my account. I'm assuming that this is the expected early repayment for Trowbridge.

I have seen that too on my account, but cannot tell exactly which loan was. Why is FC not adding the loan number in the Transactions? They only put the loan part id, which is totally useless if you don't have an updated repayment plan sheet...

Yes Trowbridge 18783 has just repaid It looks as if we got two months interest (7 Feb and again today) for about five weeks loan. These short term loans may be yielding potentially more than the headline rate

These short term loans may be yielding potentially more than the headline rate On the other hand shorter term loans result in a greater proportion of dead time. Two months interest for 5 weeks is a good deal, two months interest for 7 weeks might not be.

Do we know why they repaid so early? They refinanced onto a property development loan (with FC).

Oxford 12202 repaid early. Second tranche still outstanding, but not necessarily for much longer.
Update: Oxford 14357 also repaid.

18267 E did too - after 1 pay out of 60 And today they got a new loan (20323) for the same amount now rated D. Wonder if they repaid after one month again and come back they would be offered a C loan? John
