oioi, interesting news in the latest email 'We are also expecting to repay PBL073 - Storage facility, Chelmsford - £4,580,000 tomorrow (18/03/2017).'So from that, it seems likely that the SM will be mostly empty witin 24 hours.

Well, DFL019 going live tomorrow which will add £3,310,496 to the market. However, I do predict that the SM is going to shrink considerably tomorrow...

The redemption of this one is crucial to the restoration of improved liquidity of the SM and clearing the backlog.
I'm sceptical whether DFL19 will go live tomorrow - could be delayed till Monday and I think SS will ensure the repayment hits investors' accounts first, otherwise there's going to be an alimighty clog up and it will struggle to fully fund even at 12%.
I think the brains at SS recognise this and will time these events to ensure maximise success. This will go a long way to putting SS back on track.
We hammer SS a lot on here but Paul's update today was his best to date and very reassuring to me. I believe the guys in Portsmouth are listening and learning - even if they don't communicate that to us all the time.

When a loan is repaid do investors receive an email notification from SS? Not holding a loan to term I wouldn't know!
I'm trying to gauge what SM movement there will be tomorrow.
