Just been watching the secondary market, and approx. £16,000 available for the last hour or so. Guess these are all expired loans hence not much interest.

We are up way past our bedtime  I think investors (or maybe just the one large investor?) are getting ready for the Bedfordshire loans to go live on Wednesday

haha yeah I just joined today, so I am all excited as you can imagine. I have been reading on this forum for the last few hours.
As no one has grabbed any portion of the 16k, so I take the old ones are not of much interest and hence I should avoid as well. Or most of the folks are just sleeping. Well, will find out in the morning if its still around (I doubt).
And yes eagerly waiting for 77-80.
Off to bed now.

Trust me; tomorrow morning these will go quickly as the SM is currently very liquid. However this could change as the larger pipeline loans come through. You should draw up your own strategy in regards to what you invest in and what you avoid; I personally avoid any loan that carry a negative due date, as I see these loans as having larger risk to default. However, please don’t take my word for it; do your own due diligence on each loan, and keep your eye on this post, which gives you the recent updates on each loans situation.

Still there, all expired or nearly. Is this the first signs of some sanity in the SM? I like it. most of it has gone now and most are the older loans anyway so somebody selling down to buy the new one

Told Ya   And yes; these loans have been coming and going throughout the morning It's not that surprising considering it has a -153 days day remaining; I think most people use the 'days remaining' a gauge of weather to invest in the loan or not. However considering SS is planning on relaunching is as a new loan soon, maybe not that big of a risk.... Still not touching it though!
