Well, I've learned something new - I didn't realise that companies working out of BT exchanges got to make policies like that!
You might be interested to know that elsewhere, IP addresses can be fully dynamic... When I had reason to check through server logs many years ago, I discovered that the IP addresses of some users changed almost with each request - albeit, only the last few digits. Indeed, it presented me with quite a coding dilemma! I probably should have checked to see where they were based, but unfortunately I did not (or if I did, I've forgotten).
I'm not sure how TOR works, but I suspect that would also change IP addresses with almost every request.

Hehehehe - that popped up on my FB this morning, too - promptly shared with a friend who has her daughter's handbag-hobbit chiwaawaa chihuahuahua rat-on-a-rope with her at the moment, and who runs a vintage teas company...

at best it's tedious, but mostly it is verrry annoying, esprcially when a bit you want comes up and you lose it whilst the captcha does it's silliness Grrrrrr

Wait - then try to be first clicker when anything pops up (put your maximum investment amount in first so it's ready). You'll need to play captcha every couple of minutes, but have a better chance of beating U-NO-HOO.

Earlier I was putting in random zero bids trying to find ways of turning it (captcha) off (I can select which sites are allowed ot use JS - generally I only allow actual site I'm on, but I've had to allow "kitchen sink" on SS to get it to work properly). Maybe time for (another) reboot :-0

When I was just using Chrome I got the pictures every single time. Having upgraded to Win10 and tried Edge I never was asked to find the pictures. But loading Chrome again brings them back. A mystery....

It's gone mad for street signs this week, sometimes five or six in a row. I think there's a fleet of Google cars out there that we're driving by ourselves.

Ah! SS. My post was pre-first-banana-time. That's my excuse anyway.
