Some feedback for SS as to the extent of the duplicate deposit email problem. I have reported already but wondered if anyone else was affected.

Oi..... polling is my job Coincidentally, just before you published your poll, I checked my e-mail to see two lots of deposit e-mails. I quickly logged into my SS account in the hope that SS had doubled my deposit.... unfortunately not Not a big issue, IMHO.....

Sometimes I get just one, usually I get two, on one occasion I actually got three!

I reported last month and got the same response. This seems like an easy fix so not sure what issues their tech guys are having sorting it.

Why does it bother people if you get 2 identical emails? Just delete one of them. Hardly a massive IT issue. You account balance is correct so nothing to worry about.
Leave savingstream to bring in good quality loans and IT to focus on other pressing matters. They are a small team.

Leave savingstream to bring in good quality loans and IT to focus on other pressing matters. They are a small team. No it's not a massive IT issue, but it does looks unprofessional; and if you get 2 emails saying you deposited X, you may think you have had your deposit credited twice.

It's sloppy, looks unprofessional, would take 5 minutes to fix and has been known about for months. It doesn't bother me but I want to provide constructive feedback to SS in order to strengthen the platform, attract more users and make my investments safer through scale.

It seems very odd that a tiny minority of under 5% say they don't get duplicates. If this is correct it may be an abstruse bug and not so easy to fix.
