/mod hat off I see from today's update that the voted-for (not by me, chums!) recovery plan fell at the first fence. How does that pop song go .. "We won't get fooled again!" .. something along those lines. Come on ReBS, just send in the killer-attack-lawyers and dispense with the 'Mr Nice Guy' stuff. 8<. I thought you were referring to Pop goes the Weasel.

I voted to accept the borrower's replayment proposal, not because I trusted him to stick to the plan but because the loan security is his house, and the courts will only evict him if we can demonstrate that we have given the lender every possible opportunity to repay the loan.

I checked with Michael when the others were issued and he said it had been written but he was waiting for the lawyers to ok it. I'm sure it will be out as soon as they do.

Have some patience! It will just be the usual obstification anyway I expect. I'm still waiting for a single penny of a real recovery from anyone (don't count the hi-fi loan as that). I need patience.....

I am disappointed that ''obstification'' has not made it into the OED's list of new words & phrases. Perhaps if enough forumites (that's another!) used it, it might then receive due recognition. So whenever your sought-after reply/update is not as clear as hoped...

I've checked with Michael and he's as frustrated as you and I are. Michael of course knows what is being checked out, but I can't tell you yet. Very frustrating.
