£49,917.00 in one sale and over £6,000 since then… Looks like a BH. p*********r who bought the £49,917 of PBL088 also bought £31,823 of PBL033. Probably been active on a few others too.

I have interpreted "snaffled" here as a snack. That would be m*************3 having a snack, rather than a main course... A load more money has appeared on both loans... This is my interpretation on what maybe going on and I'll do it by making a comparison of two loans of a similar size; DFL001 - Exeter Rydon Court Development has a loan value of £6,063,750, with currently 2007 investors. PBL087 - Unit 3, Wolsey Business Park, Watford, Herts has a loan value of £6,170,500, with currently 1465 investors. Roughly speaking, PBL087 has currently 3/4 of the number of investors that DFL001 currently has. IF AN ASSUMPTION is made, that the average amount that those Saving Stream investors currently have invested in BOTH loans is the same, then PBL087 requires roughly another approx. £1,5M needed to be funded. Just to qualify that, for the loan DFL001, £6,063,750 divided by 2007 investors equals on average £3,021.30 each. For the loan PBL087, 1465 investors multiplied by £3021.30 (DFL001 average), equals £4,426,204.50 (potentially invested in PBL087 using the assumptions made above). So for the total amount of PBL087 of £6,170,500, subtracting £4,426,204.50, equals £1,744,295.50 (still needed to be invested in PBL087 using the assumption made above). This MAY be the reason why, we have seen more money being made available in these two loans, becoming available on the Saving Stream platform...

I don't believe all the funds for DFL01 (or 02) have been drawn down or released yet. You'd have to look at the total list of loan parts extant to be sure.

This would be a lot easier on the eyes, and less to scroll through, if you posted it as a table or graph, and edited it for the extra data, rather than putting out a new episode every few days.
Not sure why these two loans are getting special treatment though, compared to sundry Bedfordshire fields etc.

Karma police & liz, In my post of Apr 7, 2016 at 4:45pm, I mentioned it is now all about observing the numbers of investors in these two loans. So, (and I qualify with IMHO) another 400 investors in each loan, MAY fill both of them. That may take another three weeks, to get another 400 investors, based on the results of the past three weeks. We shall see…
