I had the same problem with 088, so decided to buy 087 instead. Today my account showed the unsuccessful 5 attempts as succussful purchases - SS cancelled 4 of the 5 within 10 minutes of my messaging them, and the other one within 5 minutes of telling them I'd bought into 087 because of the 088 snag.

Is anyone else getting the endlessly spinning "Processing your investment" holding page when attempting to purchase parts or it just me?
Looking at this historical discussion it seems the purchases do eventually go through - I just have to remember what I tried to purchase.........

In the past the transactions have always gone through, but they will reverse any duplication if requested. I've requested that reverse any duplicate transactions on my account arising from this issue.
I've just received a response from SS that they are looking into the problem and will hopefully resolve it shortly........
