Congratulations! You know you are properly cured when you no longer remember (or care) how long ago it was that you quit .. but you're well on the way. Don't forget, quitting is easy (you did it), and after a few weeks 'failing to re-start' gets to be easy too.

In happier (or at least less controversial in terms of its "goodness" ) news today, June 24th 2016, I celebrate a year off the ciggies . And not just any year, a leap year, so that's an extra day too!

Just thought I'd let you all know. It is now 2 months since I stopped smoking, and I haven't lit up, or, wanted to at any time. Well done. It is not easy. Been there done it .... twice....well actually clean now for 5 years after my third attempt Don't think that at 2 months you are in control and can have a crafty one, as to have one means buying a packet, and if you buy a packet, you are not going to waste them... and BAM.... you are at step 1 again. I started smoking when I was 15 and smoked 40 a day for 30 years.
I went to see a hypnotical woman in 1993.
She put the fluence on me and I haven't smoked (nor wanted to) since the day she did.

Better than smoking? .. for sure. Better than not smoking? .. nope, not smoking is healthier and cheaper (even after you pay the hypnotherapist).

I could never ever smoke now.
My Mum has a lung disease, it shuts your life down completely. Wearing an air mask and sleeping with it on for 15 hours a day with a tube for the air mask running from a machine in the next room.
Kidney and other related problems from all the the prescribed drugs she has taken since finding out why she cant breath.
I used to smoke also, but trust me. Living around someone with this disease and how it affects your family is just horrible.
Her brother died from same disease at 51
I know we can all get ill even if we do not smoke, but why increase the chance!
Give it up!!!
