Just got the email - Tranche 2 going live tomorrow - Saturday 30th July.
Bottoms up allocation.
It says the 2nd tranche will be merged into the first tranche and all will remain as PBL93.
So PBL93 becomes a bigger loan, and Tranche 2 won't be a separate, stand alone loan and all investments will be secured on the same basis. No pecking order in terms of the security.
The (notional) loan length is stated as 365 days for Tranche 2. The website is showing 267 days left for Tranche 1.
Does this mean the unexpired term date will be extended from 267 days to 365 days for the whole?
Also, I assume if I already have £1,000 in PBL93 and I pre-fund £1,000 in Tranche 2, then I will have £2,000 in PBL93. In other words if I already have money in PBL93 I need to prefund at a lower than normal level to avoid having more than what I like to have in any one loan?

I don't think anyone will need to worry about not getting what you ask for on this one.A lot of people will not bother with any prefunding including me as I have all I want

I reduced my pre-fund to zero and bought all I want on the secondary market today, for me that would be the common sense way to get exactly what you want without taking any unnecessary risk of getting too much or not enough of the investment

Totally agree, will be plenty on the SM over the weekend if you want some. 19k available of the original loan 93 at the moment.

There is no indication that this tranche included additional interest to increase the term of the original loan. However, one would presume that the tranche included 365day interest on par with the original loan terms. Maybe additional interest was included in this new tranche to extend the entire loan to 365 days from the release of Tranche 2. An e-mail to SS methinks...

My original loan parts now have 365 days left, is this correct or will the loan change to 265 days as it was before? Probably right as valuation says 12m build with 3 month deferral to secure planning.

What was the value of the 2nd tranche,trying to work out how much was prefunded £1,190,000 So, unless SS are holding any back, and if there was (from memory) 50k on the SM just before it went live, then about £1,060,000 pre-funded.

£127,590 on the SM as I type.
I should of looked more into the loan before I set the pre-funding, I wanted to keep away from this.
Nevermind, I only have a eye watering £100 in it.
There is a company doing some interesting things property wise in and around Liverpool, Themed hotels, converting office blocks into high end apartments and renting them out all bills paid at reasonable rates. Wonder if it one of there developments?
