My own list also has the added benefit of the names (non- naming & shaming, I hope...) so that it is easier to find, along with the Loan, Security & LTV. I mean, ilmoro post is looking a tad packed as it is, without adding ALL of that  . Of course, it's up to ilmoro if he wants to add an additional column(s) and if he does I'll cease updating my own OP.

Well, my initial response on seeing Dude's effort was, to paraphrase Mars Attacks, 'Nice list, we'll take it' but Ill probably just add a link. If Dude is going to add repaid loans/failed loans/even pipeline loans then it wont really fit in with my (cluttered  ) live loans list. If hes really keen he may end up adding links to all references to each loan in non-specific threads as well (these things tend to snowball). Given he starts all the threads anyway, much easier for him to organise. |

In a perfect world it could / would be incorporated into ilmoro's but for now I think it deserves stickying.

Thanks for this Dude. As you pointed out it is sometime difficult finding the threads especially for the older loans. And this will help to keep the discussion in one place rather than new threads being started.
