cooling_dude FYI there are a couple of errors in the 1st post list DFL004 loan size is wrong even excluding today's tranche, and DFL001 & DFL002 have been amended by SS so they now show correct sum advanced not total facility, LTV have probably changed as well

Not sure where I got that£ 6,056,161 from for DFL004 (my DD post was correct, so maybe just my fat fingers)... anyway, corrected with correct amount now added (and the updated LTV). I will get around to sorting out DFL001 & DFL002 in a minute; I never realised SS changed the indicated figures for these (although it is nice to to see it standardised across all DFLs).

Hi Guys Just to let you know that I'm going to add a little adjustment to my DD threads. You may have noted that I include an "update" section to each of my own DD threads which documented all the recent SS updates. However, these seem slightly pointless as ilmoro does a fantastic job with his own list. Instead, I'm going to use those update sections to document noteworthy updates concerning the loans, securities and borrowers, which will include significant official SS updates, and will also include other updates (as reported by myself and other members); for example, PBL100 has had PP approved, but SS failed to mention it in their update. On my OP list on this thread, I will indicate any of the above updates with a ' ! >', and will (attempt to) remove this indication monthly. I've started with PBL100 to demonstrate, and will update the rest in the coming days

cooling_dude re:stats Are you counting 72 as a separate loans for the count as I make 33 repaid (excluding 58), assuming the original SY isnt included? Think you might have your default ratio the wrong way round £ 1:13, count is 1:17 I assume % for repaid/defaulted are based on value not count Youre missing an 'a' from one of your defaulted's

Swapped around the % and amount I do count 34 (excluding 58). Why don't you count PBL072? (SY Isn't included)

Good Afternoon cooling_dude.
I am a new member to this first class Forum and would like to say "Thank you" for your assistance and DD without which I would be in the dark on many of these loan proposals.
I hope that in the future I might be able to add some details to assist others as P2P lending progresses.
Once again, thanks for saving me a great deal of time.
Regards, sussexlender

cooling_dude SS tell me that PBL135 was drawn down; their site should be updated corrected soon. (I don't know draw down date.) Thanks - Details added to my OP I can take a guess when it did drawdown - a charge was registered on 27/09/16, so that's going to be close to the drawdown date.

cooling_dude thanks for adding the allocations to your index, on top of all the other work you do for us. It will be helpful to have the allocation overview back again. I think PBL116 and PBL118 are both £3,000+% not £3,000. The information we have on the discussion board at the time is that LittleBear reported "And the allocation for PBLs 116 and 118 was at least £3000". These loans should have been % allocation as they were over £1M. But I see you withdrew your 100% allocation statement at the time, suggesting that this was the period when Saving Stream were being unpredictable on their choice of allocation rules. These loans were launched into the flood of loans the week before the Brexit vote when I recall we were more interested in selling than buying. I have asked the mods to unsticky the previous allocation list now that it is superseded by your work.

I'm currently adding all the details (still got to add the no. of investors column) so there may be mistakes I will have to correct including the ones you mention.

I checked the pebbles from the latest down to PBL100 before I got bored, and I agreed with your other entries as far as I could tell. I checked them against both the allocation I received at the time and your allocation statement in the post linked to each loan. I cannot comment on the DFLs.
Yes, it would be helpful to see the number of investors allongside the allocations. Thank you.

Hi Guys It is with great regret that I have decided to cease adding my usual DD threads. It has become apparent over the last 24hrs, after some moderation carried out yesterday on my DD post, that I am now on thin ice with the MODs. The message provided was that if I break the rules again that I would be banned. I was upset about the harsh nature of the warning sent to me, and after further correspondence It was also noted that my activity was a burden on the moderation team. I would like it to be noted that I do not deliberately flout the rules; I add excessive moderation to all my DD threads and yesterday it seems that I slipped up. The reason I am going to stop my DD posts is that I feel that is where the biggest danger of me getting banned; I'm only human and if there is the slightest chance that I could get banned I would rather avoid it. I will also refrain from updating my previous DD threads (besides the loan status). I have added a note to my DD posts to indicate this, as some of the details will become dated very quickly. I will continue to maintain the Index, and take part in this excellent community I apologise to the MOD team for being a burden C_D
