Got only about 10% of what I wanted because I've got thousands sitting doing nothing after that one in Liverpool paid back in the week and I thought I'd get it all tucked up in these two and I've got only 10% of what I need and now I've still got thousands Idle.
I have to say is this is the way it's going with the pre funding being a joke and getting only a few hundred when you have got a few thousand sitting waiting in the account then I've got other fish I can fry like money thing as well very disappointed

I have to say I got myself in on the money thing launch the other day at 4 p.m. and you just log on at 16.00 like everyone else and there's a limit on 1% that anyone can get so it's a level playing field and everyone gets what's fair and there's no problem with that I can't for the life of me see why saving stream don't do it that way . why we have this game to play with people who only want £1,000 ask for £20,000 even though they don't want it and the result is that the other 90% of people who are honest and don't play these games they all get mini amount of what they have got the finance in the a/c for.
I can put it in stock black and white for you without giving the exact numbers away. I has got thousands between 5 and 10 thousand sitting in my available balance on saving stream after the repayment this week. cash is there to to fund 100% what I asked for. no secondary Market trading of surplus with me it's all there and do I get it no. about 10% or 11%.

I find myself in a troubling situation with regards to saving stream.
I have to admit when I got involved long time ago now it was exceptional. personal service, easy to use website that glided along smooth as though there wasn't even a Force One the 12% return was there it was a small ship but it was seaworthy and I was very very happy to be on board.
I suppose you could say I was almost in love with saving stream. it was not anything physical or sexual and to make it clear I have no inappropriate knowledge or the man at the helm . but I was a contented man.
today online saving stream dealings I find myself feeling disenfranchised. ice falling that in 80% of my dealings like today with new pre funds my emotion I come away with is frustration and disappointment when before it was love and appreciation and wonderment.
my love affair with saving stream could be at the end and I need to sign up for a dating agency and see if I can find myself a new love. what's what about you is the feeling one affecting all of us is Your Love Affair going cold

I got so much I could sell of some old loans due to repay I think think the bottom up threshold needs moving Upto all loans below £2m, to reflect growth in numbers and abuse. PS try midnight, I think a lot will be for sale.

The alternative allocation process would be bottom-up, which would have given you a maximum of about £520. Is that better? For some yes, for others no. I'm not really fussed, provided the rules are clearly laid out up front. I guessed at about 3x and 5x oversubscribed for these two so got a bit less than I'd aimed for, but nothing dramatic.

You are on this forum so you knew that they would be oversubscibed. We have a whole thread dedicated to it. Why did you only prefund exactly what you wanted when you had this knowledge? Besides, there is hundreds of thousands changing hands on the SM this morning so there is plenty of opportunity for you to invest. This just seems short sighted to me and you're complaining about something you knew would happen so little sympathy from this quarter. The simple fact is that SS is very popular and there is high demand for their loans.

I completely agree, however, diversification can be achieved in other way; particularly when the SM becomes more fluid due to the increased number of loans.

Thankfully, My allocation has now arrived. Regarding, over bidding, I think the only way of ensuring a more realistic level would be to limit pre funding bids to account credit balances. Of course, this would not suite many investors. Yep... So all the richest get the most.. Think not.

But I find SS far more flexible which is why I have over 5x as much invested on SS than MT.

Of course, this would not suite many investors. That's not a popular opinion Most investors like to diversify when a new loan goes live, so they resolve the negative balance by selling other (older & riskier) loans on to the SM. I completely agree, however, diversification can be achieved in other way; particularly when the SM becomes more fluid due to the increased number of loans.

If he was thinking about dropping his hard earned into p2p he should have signed up 5 days and 50mins ago.. And read a few threads
