I can provide a DIY update The Rivera + A large Chalet (not included in our security) is currently on the market. Sotheby International hosted an open day at the Rivera in July, and the asking price then was a reported £16 million (again; there is more on offer than just our security, such as the Chalet on the site which isn't mentioned in the valuation report). The Chalet has been heavily marketed and has been in the national newspapers (the sun + daily mail) and has a dedicated space on the Sotheby's website. There are still some remaining issues with planning and even Sotheby's note... I added some details about the above planning issues here

-34 days overdue, last update was 3 weeks ago. I wonder whats going on..... -34 days is nothing. If you're investing here you need to be prepared for months of overdues, but you'll probably get the interest in the end. I am relatively new to P2P and SS, but based on your experiences what is the likelihood of the interest being paid over the period where the loan is overdue?

The loan has not defaulted, so interest will be paid monthly. This is the same with all overdue loans (that haven't defaulted).

Just made highlight news on the BBC. Money to go back to buyer as a result of sale misrepresentation. Approx. £2m to be paid back.
