New listing has appeared on their website if anyone's interested. Looks like a similar type of deal to the last offering but smaller and prettier.

Had been hoping it goes faster At least it's not uown or propertymoose at the tail end of their btl offerings slow 😁 Last time I looked 89% of the 1.2 mil listing was filled which is pretty decent considering the biggest listing prior to it was roughly 100k.

At least you earn dividends from Uown from investment point. I suspect one of the issues (apart form size) with the BO project is that some people will be trying to minimise cash drag as there is no pre close interest on that one.

Fair point, makes sense. It might be worth those holding back to pile in now as the listing has "closing soon" written below it and is now 93% funded.
