Well above the 1m border, so will be percentage allocation The email indicates bottom-up allocation! ... For crying out loud... I'm going to stop predicting stuff... either that or get a job with the Bank of England forecast team...

But I suspect that the amount received will be quite low ie less that £400 Higher. I suspect the limit will be in the range £1200-£1500 given the number of people typically wanting less than this. Higher. The % allocation method, if the pre-funds don't exceed the loan amount, is effectively bottoms up with everyone getting 100%. I suspect there will be a surplus on the SM for a short time.

Allocation may depend on the number of investors who read The Times.

I think those pre-funding £10k or less, will receive it all.

Just got the Go-Live e-mail... This loan will be going live tomorrow (Tuesday - 09/08/2016). Do we know when the borrower purchased the site and how much he paid?
According to Land Registry the price stated to have been paid on 20 March 2015 was £2,885,000.

Valuation says that the PP for development was only granted on 3/12/14, which is tight then to market the site with PP attached and complete by March. The sale may have been at an option price that was agreed prior to planning being sought?

well the borrower seem decent on the face of it which is nice 😄
I'd like to know the purchase price before I rely on any valuation and invest 🤔

I assume there is a typo in the value of Sunrise of Frognal House Sidcup. If I am right it is only £45 million out.

The sale may have been at an option price that was agreed prior to planning being sought? Undoubtedly. The borrower has been involved with the property since at least early 2013 and it was his plans that received planning permission.

I got the £600 I asked for and have picked up another £300 of different loans on the SM today.
I'm happy with I have, but SS does seem to be very different place to invest compared to a few months ago when everything was oversubscribed by quite a way...
