Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!Just got an email from BondMason: Dear Grumpy (you miserable old f*rt),
We are pleased to inform you that your funds are now 100% invested. This means that your investment amount of £****.00 has been fully allocated across a number of loan investments.
Should you wish to increase your investment and add further funds to your account, simply use the following details: (then you can start moaning at us all over again)
Thank you Stephen - at last!! Now to take you up on the second paragraph. I'd like to point out that was an automated email...however it looks as though our new salutation algorithm is working well... ;-)

I'm currently at 96.1% invested and my dad's down at 91%. One thing I have noticed recently is the rates on any new investments seems a lot lower, most are at 6-6.5%, as opposed to earlier loans at 11, 12 & even 15.4%. stevefindlay is this representative of most of the new loans coming online nowadays, and if so, coupled with the cash drag, is it fair to say it'll be difficult for new money to achieve the website's target rate, especially after fees? I ask, because potentially we have more funds to invest...many thanks in anticipation of your reply. There's always a mix across 5.5% to 15% (mostly 6.5% to 10%). These will be spread evenly across your portfolio. Although, on any given day you may have a concentration toward a particular rate / loan type. Loan rates are coming down a little across the industry (as you've probably seen), but we don't see any need to reduce the target of 7.0% net after fees at the current time.

My last 5 loans were between 6.0% to 6.5%, I will take this as it's better than 0%. A question for you Steve, do BM constantly look through the platforms you invest in, secondary markets for loan parts to? I have done this myself, constantly refreshing pages for any little parts, I don't do this now but hopefully BM will do to boost clients investment portfolios closer to 100% invested. Glad to see we are getting closer to fully invested accounts. Keith Keith - yes, we have tools for monitoring and accessing secondary markets. Thanks
