this is what I plan to do, I have 3k invested and I have £2450 of that invested because I topped my account up by £800 earlier this week, I have my investment setting at 2% buying in £60 per loan, once I am at 98% invested I will reduce this setting to 1% allocation, I only use the 2% to get my funds out there faster, I would prefer my setting to be 1% or 0.5% when it becomes available providing BM can source enough loans for me to do this, I think thinks are picking up slowly now and I am getting a couple of loan allocations everyday now, I really see as BM the future for me now and plan to drip feed money into it once a month This is the only platform I invest in now as I no longer happy with the other platforms that I was using so diversification is key to me but I am willing to take a risk with the 2% setting until I get the email we all love.... all your funds are lent out  |

Hit 100% today after hovering very near to it for a while.
Next deposit would put me over the £10k figure - how much difference could that make to speed of allocations? I understand that those below £10k get priority.

Hit 100% today after hovering very near to it for a while. Next deposit would put me over the £10k figure - how much difference could that make to speed of allocations? I understand that those below £10k get priority. It's actually £25k now... I'd missed that! Thanks.

Apologies for being a little quiet on the forum over the last few days - the current status is over 90% invested, with a number of large positions coming in in the next day or two. How do you plan to scale your website? If it's taking some time to get funds invested at this early stage, I am presuming due to not having enough suitable investments selected, would this problem not increase as you take on more funds?

Thanks Yes - some good progress made last week and the previous in signing up some more exclusive lender relationships, which is already coming through into new loans. Expecting to see a bit of a ramp up over the coming days.

Steve so do you have a projection as to when the platform would become 98%+ invested? Are we being realistic due to lack of quality loans available?

£1000 sent to BondMason on 21st Feb and I'm currently at 71% deployed at the moment and averaging approx 7.5%.

I hit 100% again on Friday so sent a little top-up - plan is never to add more than 5% of my current portfolio value.

I assume the fully invested target time of 7 - 28 days is 1 - 4 weeks, or 5 - 20 working days. At 2% I need 50+ loans to be fully invested, which is an average of 2.5 new deals /day. So far in 4 days I have 4 loans and about 7.5% invested, so somewhat behind the curve! Hopefully the rate will increase in the near future, although quality is the most important factor overall.

I finally got fully invested so sent them another £500 a few days ago. Amount uninvested is now £666 so repayments are outstripping new loans.
