/mod hat off. Why "tonight"? Go live day was supposed to be yesterday, so IMO an email yesterday night was appropriate .. having missed that, I am not sure why 'tonight' is more appropriate than 'end of the week' or 'second anniversary of the omission'. 8>. I just think we should give savingstream 24 hours leeway, before we demand e-mails. It is very common for there to be a slight delay in launch, usually 24 hours, it's nothing to worry about. I worry about more pressing issues, such as accurate updates. So is it OK if we demand NOW?

I think the unofficial report we had from a peer calling them is enough of an explanation. SS are probably checking some technical/legal detail which is better not to disclose until they have verified them. And you know how legal teams/surveyors might be busy with other things and slow the Whole process down. I would be patient and wait the outcome of the verifications, rather than rush into an investment with a doubt in mind.

Putting an update on the loan (as they have done for other pipeline loans e.g. PBL129) would be a start but they haven't done that yet.
