Correct me if i am wrong. But i cant see where on their own site they can update. On the relevant loan page, "Recent Updates" tab The only trouble is that there does not appear to be a recent updates tab for PBL130? LW

As has been noted in the pipeline loans thread, this loan has been pulled completely - suggest a change in thread title CD  . It's inevitable that these things happen on occasion, and I don't have a problem with it - I'd rather it was pulled than went bad or fails to drawdown; but given they'd issued an advance go-live notice, it would surely be nice if savingstream had the courtesy to keep investors informed. |

We decided to freeze this loan and remove it from Pipeline as there are various legal issues that need to be rectified before it is ready to go. This could be archived for a short while or we might pull it completely, we are unable to make that decision yet hence we have removed it from sight.

I honestly think it will also be dropped. Although no definitive reason was provided for the delay, I'm guessing the borrower was convinced that the PP would be accepted. It wasn't and they probably have little interest in buying a commercial building. They might be considering an appeal, but the decision looks definitive...

Property valuation is 6months old, pre-brexit... not sure it makes much difference, but should SS have made an effort to update it?
