So where is the government on hill levelling then? They are doing nothing. The bloody Tories hate cyclists so they haven't flattened a single hillock, let alone a knoll or drumlin. How do they expect to have continental levels of cycling with all this undulation? It's a disgrace. Just the opposite in fact. There is a hill local to me which I walk up nearly every day and as I get older the damn thing is definitely getting steeper. And another thing - you've certainly started me off now. If the government is serious about increasing the number of houses can they please stop putting the floors lower.
