I got a phone request on Kent shadow bids. Draw down is meant to be this Wednesday. I missed out on this one. Hopefully, some of you will be ready to sell some parts - after the end of April, of course  Your be lucky to pick this one up on the aftermarket except maybe near the end of the term.

Yes, that's what I fear. I was stupid to miss it. The money was in place, there was plenty of loan left to fund, I went to feed the cat to stop him fussing or taking out a baby bird or two, came back and it was all over. I put my faith in AI!

Well Yorkshire Leisure didn't happen on the 7th and has no new date on it. Already 2 1/2 months since auction close.
And I'm not holding my breath re. the Aber****th thing.
Can anyone recall whether either of these have pre drawdown interest being applied ? We are getting into daft territory now on these.

Well Yorkshire Leisure didn't happen on the 7th and has no new date on it. Already 2 1/2 months since auction close. And I'm not holding my breath re. the Aber****th thing. Can anyone recall whether either of these have pre drawdown interest being applied ? We are getting into daft territory now on these. I believe both of them do. The YL has cashback I think, and I believe the A hotel loan is paying the full rate of interest. I haven't looked to check, so I may stand corrected...

Kent didn't get to drawdown on the 6th as planned I asked a question about this and got a reply.

As far as I remember the Credit Report said June for Drawing. Clearly things are organized there...

That mention of cash-back is I think a scheme where if they are delaying beyond a certain time cash-back is supposed to be paid. But there are so many legalities to deal with in this case, it's hard to say if it's delay or process. I'm off to bed.
