York Leis seems to be coming to a head tomorrow please check out it's Loan Overview Page.
Important update to Aber... Delay now down to HMRC, I quote from overview, "Given this further delay, we have agreed with borrower that lenders will be compensated at the rate of 3% p/a from 4 weeks after the auction closed until the loan is drawn down. Given auction closed on 17/03/14, this will be paid from 14/04/14."
Aber... drawdown earliest now w/c2/6/14

... Part of my issue is that it can take four or five working days to get more cash showing as available in AC with my non faster payments bank and AC's once a day sweep. ... Funding is instant with GoCardless. I am aware that this option may not remain forever, but why not use it while it's there?

You know, I'm easily in the category for shadow bids but it doesn't hold much interest for me, except, in that I'd get advanced warning that loans were about to draw down if I'd put something in it. I'd regard that as an advantage because I could be ready for underwriters selling it on the aftermarket. Part of my issue is that it can take four or five working days to get more cash showing as available in AC with my non faster payments bank and AC's once a day sweep. Do you find shadow bids a really worthwhile thing to have samford71 ? As samford71; says its a no-brainer, the only down side is you might forget to 'settle' your shadows when the time comes. Worst then, I think, is they take it away from you. It does work along side some form of instant money transfer like Go Cardless. When they first set it up for you the limit is at a quarter of your total loan unit investment, I've only had it less than two weeks and I've eaten one third of my allowance. I might consider asking to raise it if I need to.

Thanks guys. I appreciate you taking the time. I think I should really get on the phone and organise it. As for GoCardless, I did look into it but for some reason, I just don't like the idea of setting up an account with a third party just to fund AC, yet another set of usernames and passwords etc. I think I'm also concerned with if there's ever a missing payment. I don't fancy chasing three institutions to find it. I'm probably being irrational I know. Well you should know pretty much straight away: GoCardless send you an instant email confirmation, Assets send you an instant email confirmation, and your AC account is credited straightaway. I admit to some of the same reticence however about having yet another, non-major institution having account details, but decided to not worry about that.

"We're now getting ..."
confused and starting to lose track of all these random cashback deals. Glad someone's keeping track.
Whatever happened to "High Wy****e Commercial Prop****" from Dec 2013, which was cancelled on 4/2/14 with the promise of a payment in respect of the long delay ending in a non-loan?

Ah, well, that can only happen once a qualifying loan is drawdown....which takes us to a different topic....
