What you're forgetting, is that AC, like the railways who define an hour as 66mins, have a special concept of time. I believe the definition I gave earlier in this thread best sums it up 'tomorrow, which may or may not be a <insert day> but could also be any other weekday that follows another weekday as long as that weekday was yesterday and not a bank holiday.'
In the case of #166 tomorrow is now two weeks from yesterday, but for the other two, tomorrow could indeed still be today which could also be a Friday! Edit: Think I might have been watching too much W1A, that reads like David Tennants narration.

In keeping with a theme maybe they should hire Ian Fletcher as Head of Deliverance & Perfect Curve to do PR. So thats all good then

Exactly. The fact is that this is something that AC should be better at.

AC's forecasts about drawdown are as consistently unrealistic as AC's forecasts about when they will provide updates, and AC senior executives' forecasts (over the last year or so) about loan flow .... and always have been. If AC doesn't make these predictions frequently and regularly, lenders complain. If AC does make these predictions and gets them wrong, lenders complain. So, if lenders spent less effort repeatedly pestering for more and more such forecasts, there would far less less discontent. Nevertheless, I also can't understand why AC gives so many forecasts they fail to deliver on, even when they are predicting what will happen within 24-48 hours. I've got money waiting this week, earning nothing, all based on several more apparently confident AC drawdown forecasts. If nothing happens this evening, I suppose there will be bank holiday so nothing will happen till Tuesday, and nothing will happen on Tuesday because offices will be "catching up" because of the holiday, so the predicted predictions for these loans will be confidently for Friday 29 May ... or before .... ... but unfortunately ..... ahem .. ... I'm going to b*g off on my boat ( with bananas) ... so you'll not hear my cheers if good news transpires.

Amazingly #171 drew at 19.55 and #163 at 19.58 Yes, I'm amazed. I gave up at 6pm last night and thought everyone must have gone home. AC are still a start up and have to deliver when it's difficult, I'm glad a couple of people stayed back a couple of hours to deliver on a promise. We also have predicted drawdown dates in the datebase, I hope someone has set reasonable targets to meet now, On the down side, most other loans have just been put back a week or two which is disappointing, but I'd rather have realistic estimates which are kept to than continual disappointment that deadlines weren't met.

The latest round of delays in the predicted d/down date (in the new column on the 'Upcoming' tab) is just further evidence of AC's apparent inability to make realistic predictions. In future I shall take this as only vaguely indicative.
Instead of a d/down date prediction, a more useful indicator would be a column that says "Date funds called," provided it is updated on the very day that underwriting funds are actually called for : I regard the act of actually calling in funds a much more reliable short-term predictor of drawdown. Combine that with the promised faster crediting of retail funds, and you might have a system which gives retail lenders adequate notice to put funds on the platform to meet new loan targets.
It won't happen, of course.

Good idea that baldpate ! We get told when funds are called in. We promise not to mither AC about it before (they can still forecast their hopes for drawdown progress when they decide). I challenge AC to make that happen!

I agree notification of call down would be very useful. On the faster payments issue, I transferred a small amount a couple of days ago (expecting it not to appear until Tuesday - after the Bank Holiday) and it appeared the following day in my account

#165 Mersey CH is rumoured to be drawing down today. You can allocate today in your own personal space time continuum as you wish. Please note this may be a different space time continuum to that occupied by AC where today may actually be tomorrow.

Seems like a "lender" paid into the wrong account and that could not be sorted in time yesterday. You can imagine how excited I am that there is a chance we get draw down today. I've got the Cava in the fridge (I always find fizzy wine does better if it is stored for a little extra time). Yeeeaaah ha. Is it just me or are there too many things going wrong at the moment?

In fact, it may already have done so. Ironically, it would appear that AC & lenders space time continuums were in fact aligned with today actually being yesterday in all cases except in one, where it turned out that yesterdays today was actually about 9 months ago when AC had different bank account
