Their risk estimates seem way to low for this type of loan, and quoted to far too high a precision, ie, 1.66%.

So has anyone actually really going for this? The loans finally started appearing while I was away (and not very inclined to start trying out a new platform on my phone)...and since I've got back there only seems to be 2 unsecured loans (not really my thing) neither of which appear v popular. Did any of the loans I missed look remotely appealing? All seems a bit damp squib like am rapidly losing enthusiasm to even vaguely keep funds earmarked

Looks like the same (only) two loans on the platform. I don't think any others have arrived and been fully funded, but I've pretty much given up looking.

I signed up and was ready to commit but so far I have seen no loans in which I am prepared to invest.

Now 48 hours to go until the two auction close "deadlines" and so far each loan has attracted only £1200 - £1300 of bids from a handful of lenders ...

From memory, they already extended that time limit once. It's a shame, because (initially) it looked like a promising platform. They shouldn't have implemented a bidding system, and they should have simplified the SM (they have implemented what is already an unpopular system elsewhere). As a way to get started, they should have considered 12% pawn loans, to attract an audience. Besides that the two existing loans simply look underpriced.

Thanks to 2 heavy hitters. Rate seems a little low to me but what do I know.

First property deal successfully filled yesterday, and second deal due up today. IFISA facility is coming - hopefully launching in early January.

looks like they are in a rush to get this one drawn down, extended there 2% offer for above £10,000 looks like trying to get a few big investors onboard early.

looks like they are in a rush to get this one drawn down , extended there 2% offer for above £10,000 looks like trying to get a few big investors onboard early. Hi Ben, You're absolutely correct. We had a very good response to our Founder Investor Early Bird Offer, but at the time we didn't hit the mark with the types of loans listed. So we've listened to the early forum comments and found some good investment opportunities. Everyone has different appetites when it comes to investment and while I'm certain the Clutton Homes opportunity isn't right for everyone, it's an asset backed loan to a very experienced developer offered at a fixed 9% pa return and on top we're offering a straight 2% bonus uplift on any amount invested above £10,000. This bonus is paid for the first 12 months and pays out after month 12. Kind regards Malcolm Piper Investing money through Peer Funding Limited means you are lending directly to UK registered small and medium sized businesses, and your capital is at risk. All other Early Bird Investor Offer Terms and Conditions apply. Bonus payments will be made to investors' accounts after 12 months. Please see website www.peerfunding.co.uk for more information.
