Hi All
We will update this as bug and improvements go out:
These are couple:
1. Secondary Market - Bug fixed where you could hit a bid while having an offer on the site. There may be some legacy offers that throw an error message, do let us know if you see any. If you have an offer up and try to hit a bid you will get the message asking you to cancel your offer first.
2. Loans in default messing with the 'Next Installment Date' - Loans in default will be highlighted. In admin we will still be able to make the payment when funds are recovered. We will have the 'Details' section viewable by all when a loans is paused so updates in admin can be seen.
This has now been deployed on live. Those of you in the Containers should see that your next installment date has been fixed. If there are any issues please let us know at admin@ablrate. There will be an update going out on this loan this week.
((Edit: We have noticed a slight bug on deployment where the 'Funds Currently Lent' figure is minus those loans in default. This is being fixed now as, of course, these figures should still be included))
...and now fixed....
Regards Ablrate

We are currently experiencing a bug within the system related to a problem with the server, so the site is temporarily showing an error. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will have the site back up when we have looked into an fixed the issue.

pauls - thanks -it was a short interruption of our Saturday evening, but deftly fixed by our team....
-Quick update on emails: Some have experienced difficulties receiving individual loan update emails. We are just about to test a solution which involved some changes to the way these are sent out in relation to our domain. We have created a subdomain for updates of updates.ablrate.com which should whitelist these within your email client.
We are testing this now on the 532 list. You don't need to do anything, we are just running a live test.

Sorry about the error... fixed.
The upload that caused the error was for the pledge system and confirmations. The pledge system now shows any pledges made (there will be none at the moment but if we do another pledge loan, when you pledge you will be diverted to the section where you can see it 'Active Bids, Offer & Pledges'). Also when you made a bid on a primary request, or entered a secodary trade, bought or sold on the SM etc... not much happened, now you have an orage bar accross the top of our sceen with the confirmation message and the screen will divert to the appropriate page to show you what you have one.

Hi All
To pre-empt queries, we realise that the email that just wet out on the G********e request being fully subscribed, picked up the director's name instead of the company's. We are changing the placeholder to pick up the correct one....

Hi All
Just uploading some code to make 'Paused Loans' more transparent. If you roll over the green tick a tool tip will pop up with message telling you why. (Also most of the SM loans should be up and trading again tomorrow)

'Zero Payments': The bug was where you had sold down your entire holdings in the Secondary Market, lenders were still getting emails with 'zero' coupons, which was annoying. This was also messing with the next installment also (as it was showing '0' next installment). This is now fixed.

Also effecting loans that were not sold on SM.

I believe we responded to email explaining the payment is more than you thought as it is an amortising loan, so pays capital and interest on a monthly basis. If there is something else you feel is wrong do ping us and we will happily take a look. Also: Current Investments List: Increased to 50 for now, we will be adding customisation where you can select how many show. Regards Ablrate

Hi All
We are deploying the first of the lender-side reporting features today. This will be a simple 'Download History' button on your Financial History section. This will download everything to excel.
The next stage will be a filter to allow you to custom search your financial history and extract the data.
Regards Ablrate

Just tried downloading statement and it looks very 'Microsoft' specific. I'm using Libre Office by the way. Is it possible to offer a plain CSV option instead which would be software agnostic and standard?
<?xml version="1.0"?><?mso-application progid="Excel.Sheet"?> <Workbook xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:spreadsheet" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xmlns:x="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:excel" xmlns:ss="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:spreadsheet" xmlns:html="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40"> <Styles> <Style ss:ID="linkStyle"> <Font ss:Color="#0000FF" ss:Underline="Single"/> </Style> <Style ss:ID="s2105144099"> <Alignment ss:Horizontal="Left" ss:Vertical="Center" ss:Rotate="0" ss:WrapText="1"/> <Font ss:FontName="Arial" x:Family="Swiss" ss:Size="10" ss:Color="#000000" ss:Bold="0" ss:Italic="0" /> <Interior ss:Color="#DDDDDD" ss:Pattern="Solid"/> <Borders> <Border ss:Position="Bottom" ss:LineStyle="Continuous" ss:Weight="1" ss:Color="#aaaaaa"/> <Border ss:Position="Left" ss:LineStyle="Continuous" ss:Weight="1" ss:Color="#aaaaaa"/> <Border ss:Position="Right" ss:LineStyle="Continuous" ss:Weight="1" ss:Color="#aaaaaa"/> <Border ss:Position="Top" ss:LineStyle="Continuous" ss:Weight="1" ss:Color="#aaaaaa"/> </Borders> </Style> ..... etc, etc
