Please be aware this is not our customer services platform. Posting an issue on here and expecting us to pick it up will likely lead to a less optimal outcome in terms of timing. Not that replies from CS are that speedy either. LW I must say in my experience the phone is always answered in a couple of rings, and issues get sorted quickly (with a genuine interest in the root cause and how to avoid it happening again)

Sorry ablrate but this looks like the correct thread because this seems not to be an individual account issue. I have done some trading but have no funds in ASMX and both accounts have developed discrepancies of 2p and 4p. One account is multiple loans and no cash. Invested does not equal total. The other has just one loan invested plus cash and the sum of those does not equal total.

Just my 2 pence worth, But 2p missing from my Abl account too? In order to have an easy view of my allocations per borrower, as oppose to per loan, I keep my own record of capital repayments. Once in few months I compare it with the figures on website. Small discrepancies on one or two borrowers are normal. However, last time I was one or two p down on most of them. I always thought they were my miscalculations.

I think it is recent. I have a small non-ISA account which basically is used to top up the ISA account with transfers through ASMX, and collects instant returns on new loans. It has two loans, one of which is a nominal £1 on 67, and cash. The total is overstated by 2p. The ISA is also overstated by 4p. I had assumed that the total funds was just a calculation, rather than an account. This is a trivial matter, and not worth bothering customer services. Anyone who had an old FC account will be familiar with reconciliation errors in multiples of approx £20 for years on end, because they had a bug they could not fix which sold some loan parts twice and paid for them once. That would not be tolerated here.

Anyone else noticed that the withdrawal process has broken? You fill in the amount to withdraw on the pop up window and click "proceed". That usually results in the removal of the amount from your account and a message to say that the withdrawal has been received. Not any more; click on the slightly faded out proceed button and nothing happens except for the no entry sign indicating you can't do what you've asked to do. I've emailed customer services. There've also been a number of car crash errors lately.

For an IFISA transfer out I was charged £100 in summer 2019 - not sure if this amount has since changed. Ablrate web site does not specify the current fees amount but states "To transfer out of an IFISA we pass on the charges charged to us." link

I'm not sure if this is the right thread ablrate , but the following, curiously, does not include the green blobs - a payment made on time. As with 159 today, thank you. 'Cash Flow This section is where you will see the cash flows in this loan which you are due or have been paid. The colors indicate a future payment (dark blue), a due payment (light blue), a payment late and not paid (red) and a late payment made (yellow). The repayments will show zero if you do not own this loan.'
