ablrate Could emails informing of a new loan have something other than 'Ablrate Loan Update' as the subject to make them stand out?

Is it just me that can't read the loan documents using firefox on an android tablet? Other browsers are ok, as is ffox on wi doze pc .. just not on android.

We have launched a new loan - but we are having a little technical issue that relates to some of the coding we did with the new underwriting code. It will be fixed soon..
EDIT: - doh... daylight saving time on the server!

Just got a call from a nice lady at ablrate to confirm my withdrawal. They may have some funny loans but there customer service is great.

ablrate, I believe this has been requested in the past, but can we please have the option to be sent a Notification email whenever a new Admin Note or Document is added for a loan that we hold? Ironically, we already have the option to be notified of any new Comment (a tab that's almost never used) but not for the two tabs where the loan-critical updates are posted!

ablrate Bug on the confirmation dialog for mark all mails read, you need to click on the OK button twice.

ablrate , I believe this has been requested in the past, but can we please have the option to be sent a Notification email whenever a new Admin Note or Document is added for a loan that we hold? Ironically, we already have the option to be notified of any new Comment (a tab that's almost never used) but not for the two tabs where the loan-critical updates are posted! We have now implemented the 'Follow' badge on the details of loans. If you clcik that you will get the Admin notes email (i.e there is an admin note), if not, you wont (unless you are an lender in it). We are working through options on having the note in the email....

ablrate There is still a problem with unsubscribing more than 20 emails. Try adding another and the car crash appears. Sounds like a trivial buffersize problem in the code. Also, when viewing notifications from an ipad the X button to close the window is off screen and the window cannot be scrolled to access it.

We are putting some Ui bugs on hold, but will take a look at this. We are working on the new ui which is mobile responsive and is a giant leap in functionality and usability, so bear with us.

How about prioritising actually getting the website working re paying some interest on Loans 67/68/85/104/105 hasn't this been dragging on for far too long now?

Absolutely agree - ablrate , stop playing around with the user interface and fix the real problems! The apparent lack of urgency in delivering this fix is beginning to erode my confidence in Ablrate - the nasty little thought-worm has crept into my head that there is more to this that ABL are letting on.
