After a quick read, one downside is that interest is rolled up at term so will have a smaller bid than first anticipated. Hope this is a first sign of more loan offers on AC after a stagnant period

Yes, I've only put in a very small bid too. May buy a bit more on the aftermarket when I've had a chance to think through whether it may benefit me from a tax point of view.

100% Funded already. Quite a contrast to recent auctions, notwithstanding the immediate use of U/W's.

Not a fan of rolled up interest, so I think I'll give this one a miss.

May buy a bit more on the aftermarket when I've had a chance to think through whether it may benefit me from a tax point of view. That's an interesting thought, but there's no guarantee that the borrower won't foul up your plans by deciding to pay off their loan early -- at which point the interest payment might not fall into the tax year you were hoping it would. In this particular loan, there's a further complication in that if one of the new-builds is sold then the proceeds would be used to pay off part of the loan and the interest associated with that part.

If anyone wants any more of this loan, there's only about 2.5k left to fund.

If anyone wants any more of this loan, there's only about 2.5k left to fund. This surprised me as the loan was showing 100% funded and yet the auction was still open. I thought the number in the horseshoe chart was supposed to start showing decimal places when it started approaching 100%. Over to you, chris!

Who's going for the last £264? Mouse over the horseshoe shows 99.97% now. :-)

Over to you, chris! 99.97% round to 1 decimal place is 100% True, but at the time I first looked at it I'm pretty sure there was enough still available that the percentage would have been less than 99.9%. Besides which, it shouldn't say 100% if there's anything at all left -- because 100% gives the wrong message. It ought to stay at 99.9% until the last bit is gone.
