Assume this is SS taking control to secure everyones interests - in view of the borrower
This property has been recycled though the borrowers different companies for at least the last 10 years as evidenced on companies house & land reg filings (2010 at £180,000)

Not surprised at all... Will be interesting to see how this one pans out (considering our borrower has previously taken a high street bank to court over a first charge... and this borrower won) Reciever Appointed on 19 September 2016 !Where is the big red box?  |

Where did you find out that the receivers have been appointed (so I know where to look for any future problem loans)? There is nothing yet on the SS updates tab for this loan.

Where did you find out that the receivers have been appointed (so I know where to look for any future problem loans)? There is nothing yet on the SS updates tab for this loan. You have to keep an eye on companies house. I've PM'd you

you can put a tracker on any companies you are invested in (not individuals)

Where is the big red box? That's a really good question. Surely SS aren't going to continue to pay monthly interest on this one if the borrower isn't paying them. If they did it would make a mockery of their actions on PBL020. How did you guys find out about this development? There's no been an update on the loan's webpage, and I didn't receive an email. Pity the poor folks who are buying parts on the SM right now. (I just saw one go by while I was writing this.) SS better get that red notice up in a hurry or they'll end up with a crowd of angry investors. PS. You can ignore my question -- it's already answered above.
