Are the 5000 pigs (double over the past year ?) still on the farm, would these be seen as stock - like plants etc in the garden centre or have they all gone off to supermarkets. I know of beef stock, chicken or fish stock but pigs?? Never heard of this. Edit: can have vegetable stock too.

Thanks, why was PBL064 mentioned then? I think it's the same borrower, 56 and 64 - no others.

Thanks, why was PBL064 mentioned then? PBL056 & 064 are connected When the loans went live, both borrowers ('PBL064 - A*********** PROPERTIES LIMITED' & 'PBL056 - B**** FARMS LIMITED') had the same single director - V***** P*******. However, on 04 Aug 2016 V***** resigned and D****** P*******(presumed to be V***** father) was appointed the sole director. Both companies also share the same parent company; THE P******* F LP (100% shareholder in both companies). Read here (and the posts that follow it).

Lendy Ltd has instructed its receiver to control the sale of the property upon which loan PBL056 is secured. We have taken this step proactively in order to protect the interests of investors in this loan. There is no plan to place this loan in formal default on the Saving Stream platform, as we believe that the exit strategy in place renders this unnecessary. Lendy Ltd will pay the agreed interest to investors in this loan until the sale of the property is complete, which is expected to take two to three months. At this point, Lendy Ltd will recover these costs from the proceeds of the sale. We apologise for a short but unavoidable delay in informing investors of the status of the loan while Lendy Ltd awaited final approval from its legal advisers.

I'll hold off on adding this explicitly to the tracker then unless it appears to have a steady 'on offer' sum. Currently zero of offer!
I hope that this one sells up nicely... it was the first loan I went in 'big'* after a series of smaller investments and whilst I've been out for a while, it was nice interest whilst it lasted.
* by my standards, no doubt tiny by other people's.

Any suggestions for a new label? Yellow background maybe, borrowers name written on the back.

But also those that have a number crossed out followed by a new lower number below it - they're pretty good, and sadly more frequent in my fridge than the former

Apparently discount for lenders. Allegedly decent stuff & but no yellow label.

The story clearly quotes directly from the post made by savingstream on this forum and should reinforce that this is a public forum, open to be read by members (whatever their profession) and lurkers alike.
