Some clarification required on the permissions received and on the development schedule from fundingsecure : - Valuers report assumes full permission for development. Permission given by Sedgemoor council for prior approval for change of use from office to dwelling (2014). This planning application envisages a single story, 5 bedroom property. However the valuation report assumes a development over three floors, I can't see any other planning permission for the same borrower, does the property currently have the planning permission for the proposed development as envisaged by the valuation, as opposed to the 2014 approved scheme? Secondly, refi stated to be through development finance. The photos indicate development has not started. When does borrower intend to begin development / refi with development finance? Reading between the lines I would imagine that the borrower does not have the planning for the full scheme, and is trying to get it, before development (and refi) can begin. However, this then means that the stated valuation is misleading.... More clarity required, especially on the correct valuation of the building without the full assumption of planning that it may not have? Or of course any info on where I am mistaken?

bernardThe application I've seen (Planning Application Number: **/**/00051) was granted 28/08. Do you want to double check?

"SteveT: Redacted to prevent identification of the asset" I can't see it's achieved much putting a pile of *'s in the thread title, when the address still has the unedited version. Attachments:

Possibly a browser page caching issue? Does it still show the same after you clear your cache? When I view that thread (in Chrome), the page address reads p2pindependentforum.com/thread/6674/quarry-1426737261-1641046224

It's not related to my cache.
It seems that if you access the page direct from elsewhere on the web, you get the full name, but if you access from another forum page it just says "quarry". There seem to be 2 otherwise identical entries in the forum's index, which you get depends how you access it.

Probably me being slow, but how / why would you be accessing the page "direct from elsewhere on the web"? Do you mean via a saved bookmark, perhaps? Or a Google search (on what terms?)

Hmm ... interesting. This is what a google of c***** quarry p2p reveals; the page was cached by google on 3rd Oct before we had a chance to alter the thread title on 4th Oct.

"c***** quarry p2p", or the actual name of the quarry? If I use the starred search term now, it brings up the P2PIF thread, but not the document name as shown in your screenshot. If it's necessary to include the actually quarry name in order to bring up the link that includes the name then I don't see a problem because if the person making the search already knows the name then the search result isn't revealing anything they don't already know.

It means that when a mod does their asterix thing, and you want to see the unedited version, you can try the cached version on google. Personally, I don't know how to access anything older than the most recent cached version, so it would only work for a week or two.
