It was the first time, in perhaps 50 withdrawals that my withdrawal hadn't been processed next day and had come to rely on that timing. If it was a one off issue/oversight then fine, but if withdrawals are expected to be less consistent and reliable going forward then some forewarning would be appreciated (obviously such a change would not be welcome).

Hi there, we do not guarantee withdrawals in one day, although in 99% of cases we do. I'm sorry we were unable to make withdrawals on Friday. Paul

All was back on track today with the withdrawal run processed at around 9 a.m.

Could you tell us when the next withdrawal run will be over Easter and what the cut off for requests will be? Paul64 savingstream I expect Tuesday 8am cut-off (6am to be really safe) on Tuesday morning. Occasionally they process withdrawals on a Saturday, but I don't think they have ever processed a withdrawal on a Sunday or a bank holiday. Are withdrawals process on Saturdays?

Generally not with the exception being if a loan is going live over the weekend in which case they may or may not process a withdrawal (although now deposits are more automated and are separately processed, I'm not sure that this is even the case).

Late today. Almost 11am and still not been done. Just gone to my bank to check, and it's saying "internet banking" is down. It' might not be Lendy at fault, but their bank or other banks. Doesn't excuse the fact there hasn't been any recent news coming from Lendy into improving the withdrawal processing. COL and MT I've have multiple withdrawal processed over the weekend while the banking services were working. Anyway, Lendy amount is considerably less than those so not to concerned it's only the months interest and it's hardly covering the cost of a cup of tea. Great when you can just dismiss all the problems at Lendy as a minor matter.

Just received last night's withdrawal, but didn't receive the usual email confirmation.
edit: email confirmation that withdrawal has been processed now received (12:19).

Made a request just after midnight last night and received a confirmation email timestamped 3rd July 00:17. The money was in my account when I looked around noon.

Just gone and checked at 12:52, and my bank is back up, and Lendy's withdrawal has arrived.
Bank was up at 07:59, but was just checking the bills, the Lendy withdrawal was there at that time.

Late again today but then after yesterday's three repayments I expect they are going to have to process a high number of withdrawals and possibly pay out £2 million to investors so let's hope there's no cash flow problem and all will be completed before 12 as per Paul's advice.
