Ok, I'll start. Circa £20k remaining. Anyone fancy a bite?  To be honest Please turn me over I do, but I want to see a marked improvement in Lendy before I start to invest again.
There have been a couple of glimmers of hope lately, but I will wait to see how long they continue.

Lendy update 25th May 2018: "The Independent Monitoring Surveyor should be visiting the site and providing another report over the course of the next few weeks. The borrower has also advised that they are in discussions with another funder about potentially refinancing the debt." (My bolding!) If so, this will undoubtedly help the secondary market.  |

the way lendy have handled the oo4/oo5/017 dfls does not give much hope that they can sort out sod all. i think they are going to struggle to fill further tranches/extensions on a lot of these unfinished projects and should advise borrowers of the situation.if any of them could refinance elsewhere it would take a bit of pressure off lendy who obviously cannot seem to cope.

Full capital repayment just received - presumably interest and an email confirmation will follow.

For me, it is a great result: 1. Right now, I have little confidence in Ly so this means I can take my money and invest it elsewhere 2. If Ly can deliver a string of repayments (capital + interest), my confidence may return and I might decide to invest on the platform again

It's certainly my idea of a good result. A very safe loan, that has delivered a good rate of interest and returned the capital in full. What more is there to want? The only problem is that whatever I invest in next on the platform is likely to be a little less safe.

Can’t say I'm surprised at this migration away mid-development.
Given Lendy's apparent issue at getting Tranches filled, any borrower with an in-flight development would have to be wondering where the next round of funding is going to come from.
In their shoes, I’d also be tempted to accept any alternative source of funding.
Hopefully, the alternative financiers will have taken a look at the borrower’s other P2P exposure and been satisfied with what they have seen. May bode well for lenders in DFL008 as well as loans on other platforms.

well done to this borrower . lendy and lenders have a good result and borrower has now refinanced at probably a much lower rate.could do with a few more borrowers sorting themselves out.
