The same problem has been happening for a while, despite savingstream claiming it had been fixed. Its maybe time they stopped taking it for granted that someone else will put a part up for sale and push the loan parts out of the black hole and do something about the glitch, which in effect is freezing lenders funds.

vmail Good news- Sent message last night, got reply from the team and my account credited. Bad news - Tried to sell another small tranche and the £649 "queue" is still there.

All they do is wait until others put at least £649 up for sale -- thus freeing your 'stuck' part -- and then they send you an email saying your problem has been 'fixed'. In fact, nothing has been fixed -- £649 of this loan has been stuck in a black hole for weeks -- but your problem has been passed along to someone else.

Same loan different Q The status of this loan say planning expected in April. However a search on the planning portal for the post code M4* *** or ****** **** reveals the last application was approved in Dec 2016 and there are no new applications under consideration. Anyone local know what is going on? Fake news update? LW

Sincere apologies if I have transgressed by mentioning the loan title and postcode, neither of which specify the borrower, which I thought was the rule requiring hiding with asterisks. The references were to aid others who might have wanted to search the planning portal. Currently sitting on the naughty step, LW

I'll send you a virtual ice cream (banana flavour, of course) with an added thick double cream dollop. I'm holding this loan (against my usual practice) too, waiting for expected planning permission. I hope to be in it for at least another 12 months ( tempting fate).

Problematic loan. Bailed out of it last month and only left it that long because it is relatively small.
Smaller loans are always easier to shift and can be held until a later date because there will always be less available on the secondary market.

I recently bailed too, but I wouldn't say this is problematic. Although I don't know why planning is taking so long.

I like the company behind this loan, lots of good completed projects. Hopefully, the DFL will be through SS when the planning comes through.
Happy to hold this one to term.

Lendy Support , Paul64 Could you please change the borrower's name on the overview page - it is still wrong! - This was noted HERE back in December, and you have had several e-mails to note the mistake (and you have acknowledged that it is wrong) Also, I can't for the life of me find the PP you keep indicating in the updates (nothing at all...) - would it be possible to add the details to the overview page - a link to the PP page would be great Yes, but do a proper check Paul64 because it appears to have changed again to S............ L............H...Street Ltd on 24 April.

An extension and no planning. However great the borrower and the security, can't see why anyone would be happy to hold anything to term when you don't have to. Why carry risk if you can dispose of it.
