SS said in the Lendit video they were getting about 30 new registered investors per day. I doubt even if some disgruntled investors are leaving it will make all that much difference.

I made a deposit on Friday and it has still not been credited to my account. I am disgusted that my five figure investment (£100.00) has not been credited.... makes me want to cry. However on a more serious note around 5pm on Friday I opened up a new account under my business name. For the account to become active I had to make a deposit. So again I made another five figure investment (£100.00)/ or maybe it was six figures--- anyhow the point is on Saturday it was credited to my new business account. Not bad going.... bababill : Are you saying that you made two separate deposits on Friday and that one was credited on Saturday and the other was not? Yes, that is correct. :-)

Someone seems to like it

Pretty sure it was sold. Just saw 300k has been taken by a BH. Just saw another BH taken 350k a minute ago!! Now the loan is down to £1mil only.

As I see it, there can be two main reasons for the current swell in SM, i) people want to get out due to discontent as expounded in this thread above, ii) people need to sell because they have over-estimated how much they will get from this prefund. ablender : I suspect you meant under-estimated in your second reason. I would add a third reason to your list... iii) people who need to sell because they knew exactly how much they would get from their pre-fund and always were intending to sell other parts to cover their negative balance but who didn't want to sell in advance of their allocation in case the go-live was delayed significantly. These people may now be in an awkward position if they were expecting instant SM sales and didn't get them, and don't have easily accessible funds they can use to cover their negative balances. Contrary to the general flow I bought heavily [within my restricted means] last night just as others were selling down hard to pay for their unexpected 100% allocations in the new warehouse loan. I find it hard to believe that there were many people surprised by getting a 100% allocation from a £7.92M SS loan. They really must not understand the system very well and, if that's the case, I do wonder whether they should be investing there.

I wonder if those same BHs are responsible for the amount of PBL136 for sale having skyrocketed to £469k? If anyone is expecting PBL136 part sales to clear their negative balance, they probably will be disappointed to learn that very little of that loan seems to have changed hands today.

I am a little surprised to see people having a fit of the vapours and abandoning the entire platform after a one day delay and one good-humoured quip referring to one loan (plus, I suppose, a bit of missing communication). All that said, be nice to see a few more updates on the older problem loans, I guess. Perhaps there are three factors involved here: A dissatisfaction among savingstream lenders surrounding the quality and substance of both Portal based and Forum based updates and general communications respectively, lenders are struggling to reconcile either to actuality ie the 'real world' Too many loans going into negative territory without reliable, good or excellent a] above. a] Lenders have just been dealt a BIG blow through the loss of cooling_dude huge and greatly respected DD contributions to their personal loan selection and DD processes. b] The link between ALL in the minds of lenders may be pertinent, myself included as the association creates a sense of unease and uncertainty which could cause lenders to seek less in terms of new allocations and others to seriously consider down sizing their portfolios or leaving all together. c] savingstream you will likely find it advantageous to perform a wholesale and very early review of your communications with lenders, processes AND crucially recognise formally the truly huge contributions made to your Portals success imparted by a man of considerable stature among your lenders, ignoring any of the above will I believe impact heavily upon the ultimate health of Saving Stream going forwards. Human nature dictates that people will seek a strong sense of 'Security' and directional leadership in whatever decisions they make in life, *very few individuals will take an elevated perception of 'risk' in their stride and make it work for them, I fall into the latter yet far smaller grouping, I am Not risk adverse whereas the majority Are to varying degrees. *For instance yours truly still keeps modest yet strategically important liquid funds at Rebuilding Society whilst the majority of long standing lenders have abandoned ship. Contrary to the general flow I bought heavily [within my restricted means] last night just as others were selling down hard to pay for their unexpected 100% allocations in the new warehouse loan. ***These are my thoughts and in no way may reflect your own thought processes because we are all unique and our personal and financial circumstances can be very different. With respectful best regards. I agree with the need for improved communication and updates, particularly regarding the over-due loans. The situation with CD is disappointing however I think it unlikely to have resulted in investors pulling out. Congratulations for for not being a sheep! .........No.....Seriously!

Good grief - well over £1 million of this loan hoovered up today so far Well that didn't take long - at this rate it could easily be all gone by the end of play tonight, if not sooner

I hope we see more of the smaller loans and not too many of these massive ones. It must be easier to sell a property with a lower price tag if it were to go in to default.

Yep, there is no purpose in asking for more than you want, so nobody got more than they wanted. More than they were expecting .. possibly.

£100,000.00 of PBL143 just been bought... At this rate, at the end of today, there could be more farmland up for sale than PBL143...
