From memory, G-mail blocks the SS go live emails before they get to the inbox... ....../BT? Regularly... But they're the only ones. I can confirm BT. They recently started spamming 'payment made' Emails from Ablrate to my 3 accounts and then started spamming random ablrate Emails, I would receive them for one or two accounts but not the other(s) ..... what was even more frustrating was that some disappeared totally (not showing in spam folder on BT mail) and were in a hidden file!

I definitely haven't been receiving go live e-mails, they are not in my spam box. I have contacted SS so hope they resolve the issue soon. I managed to get the amount I wanted on this loan on the SM so cancelled my prefunding. Since this loan is supposed to be going live today I wonder how they will reconcile the difference in term times between the two investments.

I keep an eye on this forum, a few times a day, I find the info posted on here is normally a lot better then the info from SS.

I just checked and PBL093 has now repaid so your account should now be reading '0'. Also the additional allocation is not yet indicated on the balances (but is on the account)

Just Gone Live Additional Allocation : £2,000.00 Not sure actually live yet my PBL93 has been swapped but no additional allocation yet ? £2000 seems too high ?

I was wrong - I was reading the capital repayment PBL93  Allocation has yet to be determined
