When they rolled over our pbl93 as new loan parts at 0 days shame they couldn't have consolidated them. There's been at least one previous loan where they did that, so their systems must be able to cope with the concept.

Tranche 2 going live tomorrow (Monday) apparently.
The loan amount is only £192,350, weirdly low, seems like a drop in the ocean required to realistically develop a project this size.
Also the 25% LTV doesn't seem to square up with the valuations quoted.
Not making sense to me & very few details on the SS site, anybody got any more info on this one?

Could the LTV actually be total SS loan divided by GDV? If so, it's a meaningless calculation until the development is complete and ready for sale.

Not had an email yet , but in my account are the 2 transactions. First just says DFL008 O**....... second says DFL008 2nd Tranche O**....
