Tranche just Gone Live - £150.00 allocation Interesting to note that the investors so far figure is now 3575 - compare that with some of the recent lower rate offerings.

Just got the go live email for tranche 4 but it isn't in the pipeline yet.
Going live tomorrow apparently, how can I set my prefunding when it isn't even in the list Paul64 , surely it would make sense to put it in the pipeline first and then send the email not the other way around
Edit: Okay it appeared whilst I was typing that post but still say it should be in the pipeline before sending the email. Another £525,605 to be allocated

Errr, am I right in that we have absolutely no idea of the Current Value? No Progress/Surveyor's Reports? Only a recent pic to gauge all the foregoing from? ?

It is hard to provide a rolling value in any building project, and it will be wrong as soon as the developer starts spending the new Tranche What we need to see is some sort of report to make sure our hard earned money is being used wisely....

Thanks Dude, I am clearly not versed in the vagaries of Big Developments (or even little ones for that matter) but ISTM that something should be provided to us to base further investment decisions on? I'm aware that you have been chasing SS for such Reports for quite some time now, and all to no avail. To me that speaks volumes about SS and their attitude.
We know the problem is that all us Early Adopters are now being joined by The Housewives and Johnny Come Latelies from the mainstream crowding the new bandwagon and just chucking ££££s in without a thought. SS knows this full well, they don't need us any more, and we get the subsequent "Service."

It would help if they paid a bit more attention to their cut and paste of the details. It is still referring to rolling over PBL093, which went with the launch of tranche #1.

Same as all the Tranches - all copy & pasted from the original DFL loan. No sort of update indicating how the project has progressed, and what the next stage is Of course, it would be nice to see some sort of report.... but I've given up trying

Folks, as promised in another thread, I've had a wander down to DFL008 this morning to take some photos for you all... There was plenty of activity on the site today (lots of drilling and hammering going on inside on the upper floors, and a number of contractors milling around outside too). I have to say, location-wise, DFL008 is pretty convenient (2 mins walk from a train station, Tesco & Sainsbury local stores within 1 min walk, city center about 10 mins walk, etc). The building exterior itself though is pretty ugly, and surrounded on all sides by buildings that are at least as tall (if not taller), and on 3 sides, these adjacent buildings are very closely packed - so certainly no-one's going to be moving there for the external aesthetics or views! Anyway, enough of my waffle - here's some piccys:

Thanks greatmarkoLong way to go! - the external look is going to change dramatically, but mainly via lay on fascia to improve the aesthetics
