I have seen a couple local buildings, one almost the same (office block) and one residential tower block, both from the same era cladded in this manner before. Afterwards the result was pretty good. They look like brand new buildings. Huge difference aesthetically.

I was about £60,000 behind in the que shifting a few bits and pieces.
Just signed back in and noticed all were sold
m**l £135,761.29
He must know something.

Noting the new tranche in the pipeline, I'm a bit reluctant to plough more money into a loan that on the face of it is already down to 91 days to run.
Without sight of the surveyor's progress report it would feel, to me, a bit like a blind investment.
The photos from P2P forum users are helpful in that they confirm that works are ongoing but I'd like to know a bit more.

Walked past this place yesterday. The Gym is open and building work is on going to the apartments.
I have no issue in holding this to term.

Does anyone know when it's going live? LTPP will always send you an e-mail the day before the loan goes live. There is £28K for sale on the SM to buy today.

Latest Independent Monitoring Surveyor report received this week so next tranche drawdown should be next week.

This might be a stupid question, but is there any point waiting for the new tranche when there is plenty on the SM? I feel I should know the answer to that by now, but I don't.  |

I do wonder how this will fill when so much is on the SM. However, I have asked that question before and these tranches still seem to sell, despite the opportunity to buy on the SM. Presumably there are still a good proportion of investors who blindly have a default prefunding amount set and who don't bother watching the SM.

As fp notes, there is INPL to consider - only available on the PM. However, I see no reason to not invest via the SM; you'll have to balance the account anyway (via the SM you will have to do it first). I do wonder how this will fill when so much is on the SM. However, I have asked that question before and these tranches still seem to sell, despite the opportunity to buy on the SM. Not bothered about INPL, so I think I'll just grab another slice of the SM. I was thinking somebody might know something I don't hence the SM having this for sale while the tranche in the pipeline is presumably over funded several times over. Funny things, people.
